Third party 6DOF cockpits for FC3?

Just wondering, what are the chances of this happening? Let's just presume we won't be seeing any DCS level 27 or 29 modules in the near future so, would be kinda nice to have those upgraded as well..at least to be on pair with the Eagle pit. I would even consider paying for those (if the price was reasonable, say 15-20$ tops per pit), yeah I know, but I just can't fly those plane after sitting in an F15 virtual pit anymore.. :)
