jj_pt Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 I'm starting to drool on this monitor. Do you think it would be a good one to use with DCS? [sIGPIC]http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/images/userbars/A-10C_UserBar_01.gif[/sIGPIC]
BHawthorne Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 How are the specs compared to the Dell 21:9? Are they using he same LG panel? I really like the Dell one because of the port connectivity options. Now just to have someone make a 120hz controller board for the panel and have some random Korean companies make Catleap versions of it for $400.

I was comparing the specs and the most noticeable feature is the Response Time. It also seems the DELL model doesn't have built-in speakers. I just wonder if DCS works on a Screen resolution of 2560 x 1080. [sIGPIC]http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/images/userbars/A-10C_UserBar_01.gif[/sIGPIC]
EtherealN Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 It should work, though you might have to tweak aspect numbers etc in the lua. Not 100% there though.
