Focha Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Hi there, I am always getting this message now; "Can't connect to Master" I've already tried everything with no success. Some weeks ago it was working and I didn't change anything on my end. Is there anything going on with the Master server? Best regards and thank you. Steel Jaw Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Usually either firewall or router port forwarding. On the other hand, being that I replied to you, you have now connected to "Master" himself, ie me. :-D "You see, IronHand is my thing" My specs: W10 Pro, I5/11600K o/c to 4800 @1.32v, 64 GB 3200 XML RAM, Red Dragon 7800XT/16GB, monitor: GIGABYTE M32QC 32" (31.5" Viewable) QHD 2560 x 1440 (2K) 165Hz.
BRooDJeRo Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Turn off antivirus and firewall. When this doesnt work, connect the comp directly to your modem with a short Cat 5 (gigabit LAN capability) UTP networkcable.
Focha Posted November 28, 2012 Author Posted November 28, 2012 I don't have router, I have the modem connected directly to the PC. But I'll try shutting down FW. I'll post the results. Thank you. Focha Posted November 29, 2012 Author Posted November 29, 2012 Ok, the problem connecting to the master is solved. But now the sim crashes every time I try to join a server, it starts to load the mission but when it's almost finished crashes to desktop. Regards. Sci2 Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 best thing to do is to add a crash log file here so others can see where the problem is located [sIGPIC]http://forums.eagle.ru/signaturepics/sigpic90574_1.gif[/sIGPIC] Australasian Gaming Community Specs: Intel Quad 2.4GHz -- Geforce GTX 560 Duo -- SSD HDD -- 8Gb Mem -- 23" led -- 17"touch -- Logitech G940 Flight System --JoyLocs-- TIR 5 -- Cougar MFD'S -- Helios -
