This is DCS FC3 related. I am trying to figure out the hierarchy of saved profiles. If enter the options and say set up a series of keybindings for the the MIG29C for both Keyboard,Controllers etc.

I select the layer as MIG29C. I then set up all the various specific keybindings I want. In addition I set up controllers to do certain functions (like buttons on the F16 MFD) I then select Axis settings and make a few curve adjustments.

Then with say CH JOY Y the highlighted axis option I select Save profile ... I call it Fulcrum.LUA

When it is saved as Fulcrum.LUA is everything saved in that profile name like key bindings, axis curves, TrK IR axis assignments etc ? or is it just the JOY Y axis settings as this was the highlighted axis when I went to save the profile.

Also if the revised keybindings and axis tuning I have done are good for all aircraft types do I need to actually go in for each type and re save a profile ? Or is the last loaded profile automatically applied to all types ?

Little late reply but here it goes anyway, if you save a profile it saves all settings for that controller (axis and keybindings). Using same controller for other aircraft can work if those air raft have same functions, for example EOS exists for 29,27,33 but not for 15, 25T etc so if you were to place CH profile from F-15 into MiG-19 you will lose keybindings for EOS, but you can use same controller settings from MiG-29A to 29S or Su-27 as they have same keybindings.
