Multi-Monitor Issues: Clouds bug

Just an FYI

 

I have reported this bug to ED team so hopefully it will get resolved (fingers crossed)

 

This bug has been introduced with BETA release of FC3

 

Basically the clouds are very buggy now when using multi-monitor configurations, in this case I am using 3x equal size and resolution monitors, with default 3Camera monitor lua file.

 

Clouds are buggy in 2 ways:

1. With Mirrors turned OFF, bug shows on clouds closer to camera position. Looks like there are 2 stages to cloud rendering, far away which are nut buggy, and those within few km from camera position which are buggy. Textures on Clouds closer to camera position are rotating with rotation of camera roll (for example when aircraft is rolling)

 

2. With Mirrors turned ON, bug is more extreme and clouds not only have rotating textures, when you get really close to them, they completely disappear (you could be inside the cloud when it disappears or flying close to it)

No longer active in DCS...
