badger66 Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 Yeah , good idea . I was asking about a "showroom" kinda idea , but got no real answer .
Grimes Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 You can use the model viewer, which is more of a modding tool, but it works. Make a batch file in the DCS World install folder and have it run "bin\ModelViewer.exe" All non-terrain 3d objects are in install/bazar/world/shapes/ and you have to find the 3d model name of the object you want. For the A-10C it is simply A-10.edm Next go to view>dialogs>show livery dialog. There will be a new popup with the liveries dialog. Find and select teh A-10C from the left column. The available skins will be in the right column and you can switch between em in real time. Its very handy for skin makers as you can quickly check your work to make sure textures are aligned. The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
