Missing campaigns in DCS World A10C

I have both the 1.1.1.1 version of DCS A10C and the 1.2.0 version from DCS world...When I updated to 1.1.1.1 only one campaign was included, so i downloaded the two remaining campaigns from DCS site.

 

My question is this: are those 2 campaigns compatible with DCS World and can i transfer the lua file with all of my control mappings from 1.1.1.1 to DCS World 1.2.0? If so, where would i place the campaign files to activate them in DCS World and where would i find and place the controls file so i wouldn't have to manually remap all of my current buttons?

In general yes. At least in 1.2.1 they worked... Best idea is to load the single missions into the Mission Editor and save them before starting, to verify for potential problems.

You can't transfer them, but it is possible to load them through the interface.

 

It is HIGHLY recommended though, NOT to do this! Some new Key commands etc. have been edited and at least these won't work or may be completely spoil your profile to the point where the sim won't start.

 

So unfortunately you should remap and build a new profile for DCS world. :thumbup:

Thanks for such a quick reply. Well, I got those two campaigns installed into DCS World and so far so good...Same with the controls, loaded through the interface and changed some bindings..

 

Did you say there is a new 1.2.1 update for DCS world? Oh wow, there's already a DCS 1.2.2...
