FC3 F15C ECM not working...?

Whenver I hit "e" no ECM (no light on the indicator panel), checked keybindings correct. Worked in FC2 NP.

ECM is now indicated by the cross in the center of the RWR scope. Flashing cross indicates standby, solid cross is active jamming.

Wonder why it was shown (the panel) the way it was in FC2 cockpit if it was inaccurate? Goes to show how even simple things/info can be tricky to obtain.. :)
