Upgraded My CPU and now A-10C or FC3 wont Activate

Upgraded from FX 8150 to an FX8350 and now both A-10C and FC3 have been blocked, and My Keys no longer work.

 

What to Do?

Nvrmind, got it to re-act by wiping the ED Reg strings.

 

had to use 2 A-10C Activations (1 for DCSW 1 for A_10C1111)

Did i understand correctly that you tried to deactivate after the hardware change? If so, this has to happen prior to changing the hardware.

I Upgraded my CPU,

 

Tried to Run DCSW, loaded a Mission for one of the modules I was working on.

 

During Loading I was Prompted for Both A-10C and FC3 to be re-activated, and they failed.

 

So I tried to De-Act, and the protect.exe would crash.

 

I Fixed it by Wiping out the /Eagle Dynamics/ data from HKLM Registry.

I made a recent move from a 1055t to 8350, just to have this happen as well. Though I only have FC2 and 3, I quickly found the solution in a reg file posted in the forums.
