I'd like to change HUD color since it's impossible to see anything in certain conditions, For example I made winter mission - I can't see anything from HUD when there's snow background - even when looking at sky HUD isn't too much visible. Thought if it would be black for example, that might help. I saw some post which said turn HDR off, well don't know if it helps, but then again I don't wanna turn off HDR for obvious reasons.

Look at the left front dash - two toggle switches to the left of the digital clock - to find the HUD Switch - it will change color - green is up and orange is down. Orange is good for snowy ground..

the HUD Brightness Switch. it is on the UFC to the bottom right (INTEN), it is the Horizontal rocker switch..

>>> Hud color

... I know , going through 80 posts can be a pain...Just make sure you read/watch out for Olgerd's and mine postings and you will get all you need to know.

...but maybe you just have only to calibrate the colour output of your monitor, as I have no problem to read the HUD at a bright/white winter day - even if it gets hard sometimes - but that's a proper simulation , and Real pilots have to deal with it too.
