Something wrong with smoothing groups?

Almost all your spherical surfaces has wrong asigned smoothing groups.

Check corrupted shaded color on it (missile box). If poligons has one smothing group then there are shoud be uniform shaded color.

 

 

Also your antenna frames makes by poligons. Probably for game better make it by transparent textures ti reduce triangle count.

 

While render screen use skylight source to get nice occlusion shadows. Occlusion makes very good picture, also possible mix occlusion map with diffuse texture. (my tests 1 2)

 

There are a lot of experiments here, impossible describe everything.
