I need help opening

I bought the game on Steam and whenever I go to open it it does this-

1.) http://prntscr.com/ntwgv

2.) A command prompt screen

 

and then everything closes out and nothing opens up. I have tried restarting my computer but that's it. Help me please!

Download DCS world and install. Download the A10C module, install. Use your steam key to activate A10C

Thank you but when I open the DCS world it says

Please insert Disk 1 and click OK.

 

If the files on this disk can be found in a folder other than the one displayed below, enter the correct path or click Browse.

 

It gives me the path but when I click OK to continue it says-

 

The file "DCS_World_release_en_1.2.2.7570_69-1.bin" could not be located in "C:\Users\(myname)\Downloads". Please insert the correct disk or select another folder.

DCS World consists of 4 files:

 

- DCS_World_release_en_1.2.2.7570_69.exe

- DCS_World_release_en_1.2.2.7570_69-1.bin

- DCS_World_release_en_1.2.2.7570_69-2.bin

- DCS_World_release_en_1.2.2.7570_69-3.bin

 

All these 4 files must be present in the same location as the DCS_World_release_en_1.2.2.7570_69.exe file sits when you launch the exe file to install DCS World.
