Hey guys,

 

Im using a GP Wiz and from an old joystick one of the axis controllers (are they pots?)

 

When I wire it to the GP wiz it wont act like an axis, i wire it to earth, U2 and D2 but it only recognises one motion, U2.

 

I also wired an old volume pot from a speaker to one axis but it just goes from 0 - 100%, i cant get the axis to slide.

 

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Gpwiz has digital pseudo axis. So what you experienced is as it should be. If you need a proper analog axis you need to use different hardware , like bodnar card
