cavalier889 Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 I don't know what the problem is, but I add things to the cart, follow the instructions, and nothing happens. No continue button so they can take my money for the product, nothing. I had this problem with lockon 3, and suddenly, one day it worked; once. Now I can't buy mustang. It's not that the credit card is bad, it seems like the service is broken, and I can't give my money away to DCS. Am I the only one that can't buy their products? Is there another e-shop? I don't think I've ever had a similar problem. Sure, I can't get any of the 3 versions of blackshark to work, but I have a ticket in for that. At least they took my money and sent an activation code. This is like an episode of Monty Python's Flying Service: "Sorry, this skit is too silly. I'm done. No, don't zoom in, I'm done. This is too silly." If DCS wasn't the only real combat sim in the world, I would give up; but there has to be away to get them to take my money for their product. If this sounds like a stupid complaint from your side, imagine what it sounds like in my head as I log in over and over, only to be rebuffed by no continue to the payment section button. What do I do?:helpsmilie:
Exile33 Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 I was experiencing this same issue just now of not being able to continue my purchase with items in my cart even though I was logged in properly but I managed to fix it by clearing my cookies. Hope that helps.

EtherealN Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 try IE 32 bit not 64bit, worked for me This has the exact same effect as "trying another browser"; those are independent browsers with separate cookie jars. So the 32bit vs 64bit doesn't really matter, what makes it "work" is that it switches to what actually is a different browser.
