Here are all my DCS CH profiles. They have to be applied in-game and you must be using DIRECT mode in the CH software. Enjoy.

The pinky button on the throttle is used as a modifier in my profiles. I don't have a diagram to show the commands, but if you hit the buttons on the stick in the control window it will highlight what they do.

I have CH HOTAS + Pedals but I don't know if my profile can be useful because I also use a CH MFP and a Saitek TPM, therefore many commands are mapped in those two devices, not on the HOTAS.

I don't use any lua file though, I just assign a keystroke to a command and then set it to a button.

Here's my profile. I'm using my custom Snapview file with a hat switch which is really useful even though I have a TrackIR. It's really quick and much more precise than zooming and breaking your neck while bending into awkward positions. I'll post the Snapview file and example photos if you wish.

I also disabled TrackIR zoom and use a hat switch for that. My preference.

My deadzones and curves are default for the Fighterstick but you have to check my screenshot for the ministick settings in game. Set these settings for both vertical and horizontal slew.

I haven't assigned every single button so you have a choice to add a few own ones. I just assigned the most useful for me that I would expect to find on a HOTAS of this helicopter.

Oh and use this profile in MAPPED mode.

Any of you CH pilots have a good profiles for a CH fighterstick and pro throttle you'd like to share.

Many thanks

I set my Cyclic X and Y Curvature(s) in Axis Tune to 25.

My Collective Curvature is at 25.

My Rudder Curvature is 10.

Values are positive. I do not check any of the Curvature check boxes.

I do not use Dead Zone.

Once I did this, I can cruise along 6 meters off the deck using Flight Director. There is a "Dynamo" mission on the 74th's UK squad's server, 1st phase, that if you do not fly real low into target, the SAMs will get you.

I have the Fighterstick, Pro Throttle, and Pro Pedals, all USB and all about 3 years old. My controllers are plugged into the back of my desktop PC.

I use Capt_Crunch's CH_Hangar profile for the Shark, his latest one listed in the Profiles forum for the helicopters:

http://www.ch-hangar.com/forum/showthread.php?7354-DCS-Blackshark-profile-by-Crunch

The targeting cursor using the ministick has to be modified in DCS_World. If interested, PM me.

I load the profile into the CH Control Manager in Mapped Mode.

I had to modify the Ka-50 Sim, Options/Controls layout. It took me about a month of fartin' around to get it right.

I think it comes to personal taste, what works, and just getting used to using what you have.

Been flying the Shark about a year and usually almost every day.

My TrackIR5 is set to turn it off and on, so I too, use snap-views and the number-pad views. TrackIR throws me, I use it for the eyepiece reticule aiming only. I have a nice slow TrackIR5 profile custom made for myself.

I just passed the entrance exam for one of the copter squads. Part of the exam was landing on the oil rig copter pad and taking off again.

I am happy with my CH setup.

I want to create similar profiles for all the other aircraft but still keep my controllers' layout so all my muscle memory moves are logically consistent. So, I am currently reading through the monstrous CH Control Manager's How-To manual to learn how to program the dang thing for myself.
