Move installation directory of DCS World

Hey folks,

hope the question fits here since I don't really saw a forum thats better suited. If there is such... please move the thread.

 

I searched but found nothing that matches the following question:

 

Is it possible to move the whole DCS-World directory to another path/drive safely or do I have to do a completely new setup? Want to move it from normal HDD to faster one.

 

If new setup: deactivate and activate or not since it's the same system?

This is good to know. Thanks cOff for the simple algorithm. Just change the shortcut where you moved the sim. You guys are the best.
