Death-17 Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 I am using an X52 Pro Throttle for collective on the UH-1 Heuy. I have gone into controls and assigned the Z axis for collective but when I start the game it only recognizes the slider for collective. I've tried assigning keys to the Z axis through the Saitek software but it still only sees the slider. I had this problem with BS but I can't remember what I did to correct it. ACPI x86 based PC, Windows 7 64Bit, AMD Phenom IIX4 965 3.4GHZ, NVIDIA GTX 560, 8 GB RAM, 1 32" primary monitor, Track IR, Saitek pedals, custom cyclic with CH Pro base, custom collective, both using BUO836X cards
outlawal2 Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Make sure the Stick and collective are turned on and active, launch DCS World and go into the options and Controls and select "Axis Controls" Remove any other entries (And there may be quite a few of them) Then map the Z axis to the collective. Save it and then go back in and select the checkbox for "Invert" (I think this may be the part you were not doing) Should work for you now.. "Pride is a poor substitute for intelligence." RAMBO
HiJack Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Also make sure you configure the correct profile! There is one for Game mode and one for SIM mode.
Death-17 Posted May 7, 2013 Author Posted May 7, 2013 Duh, Sim Mode!!! Sorry for the mental regression.
