Customer can not use product he payed for, he does not get ANY SUPPORT FOR NEARLY HALF YEAR and he can not even express his dissapointment over this (so called) "support"? Shame on you ED, shame on you! Never thought you could resort to such a disrespectful behaviour...

Apart from that, the customer support forums are here to offer unofficial support to people that are facing a certain problem, not for you to complain after the fact. If there is a problem, please be sure to let us know, if you just want to voice your anger, well, there are better places than this. Last but not least, forum moderation is not subject to public discussion, see forum rule 1.3 for the details. Any such behaviour is discouraged and will be met with disciplinary action, just so we are on the same page.
