Concordo, a cui aggiungo coloro che utilizzano ancora Windows 7 nel 2018 , ricordo un sistema operativo di nove anni fa che da tempo viene solo aggiornato per il discorso sicurezza ma non per il lato prestazionale,ecc... con tutto ciò che ne consegue per le risorse hardware....

Nah io ne vedo e sento ancora tante: in un noto forum di un simulatore agricolo stava un admin (non per offendere ma avrà tipo 80 anni) che si vanta di essere un esperto IT che dice che win 7 è il migliore So prodotto e che win 10 è un OS tablet che non serve a nulla... ho scatenato tutto il mio flame contro di lui, inutilmente purtroppo, come diceva Oscar Wilde "mai discutere con un idiota, ti trascina al suo livello e ti batte con l'esperienza"

No no non siamo i soli, pensa che non più tardi della settimana scorsa parlavo con un "irriducibile" di Win 7 la quale sosteneva che non passava a Win 10 per la privacy perchè quest' ultimo manda i dati a redmond (per chi non lo sapesse la telemetria c'è anche su Win 7....) , peccato che poi posta su facebook anche le volte che va in bagno...vabbè....:doh:

Si appunto è meglio lasciare perdere e cito un' altra famosa massima "Solo due cose sono infinite: l’universo e la stupidità umana, riguardo l’universo ho ancora dei dubbi." , sopratutto con personaggi che perchè sanno formattare il pc si credono degli esperti di software/hardware.

 

Ad uno di questi tempo fa ,siccome diceva che Win 10 appunto è un sistema da tablet , glo ho chiesto di circostanziarmi le motivazioni di tanta avversità verso questo sistema operativo ma a livello di Kernel, gestione driver, gestione risorse, ecc... inutile dire che mi guardava come se parlassi arabo....l' esperto...:doh:

Io ho fatto incetta dei moduli che mi mancavano (non li ho tutti ma ho solo quelli che mi piacciono di più), avrei preso anche il 109 ma costava troppo, l'avevo trovato a molto meno, continuerò ad aspettare

Io invece a stò giro non ho preso niente, i moduli che mi interessano gli ho già , compreso l' Harrier che ovviamente non compare nelle offerte, e prenderne degli altri per poi magari farci due voletti e poi parcheggiarli in Hangar francamente per quanto mi riguarda mi pare poco sensato.

Io invece ho un grosso peccato da confessare a padre Falcoblu: ho preso l'offerta speciale Normandy + WWII Assets Pack (che, a titolo di aggravante, sono pure in EA :music_whistling:).

Che ci devo fare, la WWII la adoro e comunque voglio dare fiducia e sostegno alla ED, sono convinto che alla fine dimostreranno di essere una software house seria anche in questo ambito. :v:

La stavo prendendo anche io, ma poi ho visto su steam un paio di giochi che volevo ed ho rinunciato, alla prossima la prendo. intanto chiedo una cosa ma se prendo solo la mappa senza l'asset nei server multi ci posso andare? Cioè ci entro e non vedo Ai oppure i mezzi dell'asset li vedo lo stesso?

No non mi sono offeso, per questo ci vuole ben altro, però per favore evita accostamenti con Padri e compagnia bella , non che sia un fervido credente ma non mi piace tirare in ballo argomenti di carattere religioso anche se con scopi diciamo spiritosi..

 

Detto questo se hai deciso di acquistare la Normandia hai fatto bene, e anche se la mappa langue per così dire nello stesso stato da sei mesi in effetti è molto valida, poi se uno è interessato alla WW2 in ambito DCS è un' acquisto non dico obbligato ma certamente consigliato.

 

Sul fatto che dimostreranno di essere una SH seria anche in questo ambito non mi pronuncio perchè come sai bene la mia posizione in merito è nota, certo sarebbe una gran bella cosa se fosse come dici tu, vediamo cosa succede , magari esce Iwo Jima piuttosto che il P-47 o il Me-262, l' importante è che diano un segnale che indichi la volontà di mantenere e sviluppare la WW2 in DCS, vedremo...

Che ci devo fare, la WWII la adoro e comunque voglio dare fiducia e sostegno alla ED, sono convinto che alla fine dimostreranno di essere una software house seria anche in questo ambito. :v:

 

Comunque, per me hai fatto bene, la mappa e' bella da volare, anche se presenta alcuni bug, ma in futuro sicuramente qualche patch uscira' e sono sicuro che con la versione 2.5 molte cose, che al momento sembrano buggate, si fixeranno.

 

Noi ad esempio ci voliamo anche con altri tipi di moduli (come mig-21; L-39A; F-5; AV-8) e lo stesso ci divertiamo molto, quindi volendo, la si puo' usare anche con moduli piu' moderni.

Perchè problemi scusa? credo che a tutti faccia piacere volare con un' aeroplano storico su una mappa dedicata a livello di ambientazione con relative strutture, ecc.. così come volare su un' aeroplano moderno su una mappa corrispondente , secondo me questo discorso contribuisce notevolmente all' immersione nella simulazione..

"The Georgian War" is a fictional campaign created by Chris "Viper" Long and Baltic Dragon, and is inspired by real events that took place during the Russo-Georgian War of 2008.

 

This campaign puts you in the role of a pilot who arrives in Tbilisi as part of a small detachment intended to present the capabilities of the F-15C to the Georgian government, which has expressed interest in purchasing several airframes. You and your colleagues are caught by surprise when armed conflict breaks out. As the fighting escalates, your small group is drawn into the war.

 

Throughout the campaign's 16 missions, the authors recreate some of the real-life events that happened between the 8th and 13th of August 2008. The fictionalized events presented in this campaign are based on extensive research from numerous Western and Russian publications, interviews with people who were directly involved on both sides, and several visits to the ABL (Administrative Boundary Line) with South Ossetia. DCS: Yak-52 Update

Although the Hornet and DCS World 2.5 have been in the spotlight lately, the Yak-52 is making great progress and will introduce some great new technologies that will benefit the future of DCS World.

• We are creating a new radial piston simulation engine from the ground up with a highly-realistic engine cooling model. This will have great benefits for future DCS aircraft like the P-47D Thunderbolt.
  
• One of our staff members is also Yak-52 aerobatic pilot! We’ve had our flight engineers in the back seat to get the flight model and quirks of the aircraft just right.
  
• A very important aspect of the Yak-52 are the flight dynamics and post-stall behavior. Our team has been making substantial progress to making our Yak-52 fly just like the real one, including edge-of and out-of-envelope maneuvers. She really will be a blast to fly!
  
• We are also working to include cooperative multiplayer to allow both pilot and student in the same aircraft.
