I have been wanting to have a working UFC for sometime now, and decided to build my own. I have been looking all over the place at what others have done, and it seems difficult to really piece it all together.

I almost have mine done. As hard as it is to find the info and just build one, I thought I would see if anyone would be interested in purchasing these if I were to start building them. With all the parts cost and labor it would most likely be around $400, so I am not sure if that is very cost effective. What you get is a fully working 35 button UFC, that you can program to do what ever you want. It is not an exact replica, but a working component as cheaply built as I could make it while trying to maintain some realism in design.

The plan is to have a cheap Front panel Express cut of the holes, and then put on a black sticker with white letter labeling when complete. Saves alot on cost. I have been using paper and cardboard to prototype with.

Here are a few pics. Keep in mind this is not the final product yet. I will post my completed UFC in a few weeks or less when I am all done.

You may want to combine your panel with this software.
