ED Team NineLine Posted September 15, 2013 ED Team Posted September 15, 2013 SO the crashes started with the update to 1.2.6? Or were you able to play at anytime after the crash? Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**
ENO Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 (edited) Jet, can you post some of these crash logs? You can find them in your backed up / renamed DCS / logs folder. One thing we haven't suggested yet is to delete the registration keys that you have and reenter them... this helps in the event you're getting errors from uh1protect.dll or something similar from another module. Unfortunately the only computer that I have access to is my server over Team Viewer and it doesn't have any modules loaded so I don't know for certain where the keys are located. If you go into your start menu, into "search" and type regedit, then go to computer / hkey_current_user / Software / Eagle Dynamics / DCS World you should see 4-5 entries on the right hand side. I suspect one of them should be your current user keys. Delete them and reenter them. Reason I'm suggesting it is we've covered a LOT of bases but we haven't looked here. Also, your issues seem to be unrelated. Edited September 15, 2013 by ENO "ENO" Type in anger and you will make the greatest post you will ever regret. "Sweetest's" Military Aviation Art
JetBLASTER Posted September 15, 2013 Author Posted September 15, 2013 Hi ENO , SiThSpaWn trying all night and still no good. Uninstall all files and folders on control Panel and manually. Install DCS World on uTorrent and A10C through Module Manager. A10C don't run with one or 3 monitor. A10C and FC2 hard copy (cd) work good with one or 3 monitor. The problem is A10C start load the game and the first blue bar on the bottom stop and start second bar with stop about 75% from the end. Warning come up with DCS STOP WORK AND CLOSE THE PROGRAM. SU25t stop on the same spot flick a bit but go trough to the end and the game run normally. I don't have much knowledge about all the computer needs apart from flying simulation and need lots of help. I have plenty of Memory (32709MB at3.71 GHZ) AND 348.4 Gigabytes of free space. I don't know what going wrong .Run extremely well on previous updates . Thanks lots for any suggestions, need to make my A10C work again. love those DCS games and I don't give up. Thanks in advance Jet. ENO Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 Jet buddy, we need a crash log- I think I have an idea as to what is going on (only thing left). Go into saved games folder / dcs / logs and find the crash files... they're all crash logs with dates and time stamps in the name. Zip / 7zip them up and attach them here. I suspect you are getting a DRM error and may need to delete your registry key from the registry. I mentioned this in another thread... one that you were contributing to. ENO Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 I'm not sure- I got the same warning on my laptop and just cancelled... it works fine but I don't generally game on it and only use the ME so unfortunately I won't be much help with that issue. I have seen that one come up a few times in these posts but I don't recall off hand if it was a factor / issue... as much as to say that people bring it up. ED Team NineLine Posted September 16, 2013 ED Team Posted September 16, 2013 Logs might be helpful, in your saved games folder under DCS/Logs/ you should see files with the extension .CRASH. On that note as well, did you try removing the DCS folder in save games and letting the game create a new one? It seems very odd that its only one module giving you troubles and the others work.
