rchmiele
Hello! I can start the multiplayer version, but when I start single user, the launcher.exe pops short up and diappears again. When I try to install the Visual C, I get the message, that a newer Version is already installed. Win 7 Professional 64 Bit Regards, Ralf

rchmiele
Hi! Gives the same result, it is the target of the link "DCS World". I tried to start "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin\DCS.exe" but I get a black screen. I copied this from the Multiplayer link: "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin\DCS.exe" --net-mode gui Regards, Ralf

Sceptre
If you have a folder on DCS world named _downloads, copy its contents to the DCS world main folder and overwrite. Backup first! This fixed it for me. rchmiele
The folder exists, but it is empty. There was a download of 6 GB during install.
Sceptre
One more question, are you using the steam version? The only thing I can suggest now is a reinstall. Sorry that I couldn't help more, I don't have too much experience with technical support. Perhaps try creating a thread in the "DCS world, bugs and problems, installation problems subforum?
