First post.

You ex-404th Kami Kali guys will know what this means, as I know many of you are probably on here (especially the AUS guys). If fact, with the 1.2.6 update, you guys can fly as your own country now! Or is it a REALLY big island? Naw, that'd be NZ... ;)

Anyway, been dabbling (and own) the Ka-50 [magnificent bird!], Mi-8 [also nice - bought last night!], FC3 and A-10C.

These are nice/deep study sims - awesome job, ED and Belsimer (hope I got that right).

Gimme a shout if you like, ex-squaddies. It's been 16 years or so! :D

I'm in Texas, instead of Colorado now.

See ya' all around - keep the shiny and see through bit pointed up/forward!

The huey is a good buy. Very fun to fly. :D

If you want to talk to anyone about anything personal, send it to their PM box. Interpersonal drama and ad hominem rebuttal are things that do not belong on a thread viewed by the public.

One thing i have to point out... naming a thread.. "OK, so" is as useful as tits on a bull.

Hey! Former 404th here...I went by Ghostrider...I had a preference for the UH-60 in LB2. I used to be in Texas but now I'm in Florida! We're all moving west, it seems...

Cool! These FM's are light years beyond LB2! As good as it was, at the time...After putting 3-5 hrs. stick time in the Mi-8, I feel like I'm almost ready to try my hand at the helos in X-plane again! They're nearly impossibly hard!I noted that you have Mac gear... I've got some "Mac stuff" too.I had been flying IL-2 for quite a while on an iMac (with very good performance). My main PC is now a Dell XPS 2710 (the 'all in one' behind the screen - like the iMac). With 8G RAM, it flies DCS very well in Win7 64-bit - but sometimes I have run run the DCS.exe as admin, or it drops to the taskbar. I don't believe there are any jobs west of Las Vegas, due to Cali's bad economic policies. I told myself I'd never move east of CO (from SoCal originally), but TX will be the last state to go down - and one of few that are "solvent" these days.Good hearing from you, and thanks for all your efforts in testing ED's stuff. It's apparent you're doing a fine job! And you've got 16 years of experience at it! :D
