Bublik Posted April 19, 2006 Author Posted April 19, 2006 Can u set this up on 1 PC or you need two of them? I can't make this work, so I was wondering.. Yes, you need at least two PCs. If only it was possible to control AI aircraft via exports in single-player... maybe in 1.2 :) WR=210=Vladimir http://lockon-vpg.nm.ru http://whiteravens.nm.ru http://white-ravens.com
Guest FSCCA Posted June 20, 2006 Posted June 20, 2006 Please...a little assistance here if you would not mind Hey guys, I have tried to get the Phantom Control going and I just cannot get it working. I followed the step by step and once I start the server computer with the phantom control set to what they are suppose to be, I select the mission and then select the player plane and hit the fly button. The issue is it just sits there ready for me to fly manually instead of it flying as the recorded track. I can join the server computer with another computer and just sit next to it as it does not start to move as was recorded. Any ideas? Thanks, Tom

Guest guitus Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Hi everybody, i didn't manage to convert my track into a .phtrk file. Can you tell me haw to do because step 4 isn't very clear in my mind. thank you in advance
Redeye Posted January 14, 2009 Posted January 14, 2009 Hello guitus ... hope this helps. Record Track: Use the record track function in Lock-On to record your flight and remember the original mission file used. After the flight, name your track. The name will identify the date, description of flight, pilot name and original mission file used. Example: 20080615_LoopsRolls_Pilot name_Raz05.trk (recorded flight) Now close Lock On. Trace the track: Open phantom control and select the trace radial only, everything else off. Close phantom control. Re-open Lock-On and PLAY (not fly) the track to be traced. Don’t touch anything or change any views, just let it play. After its finished, close Lock-On, re-open phantom control and hit the convert button to bring up a save window. Name it the same as the .trk and hit save. (It may take a few seconds)Then turn off the trace radial and close the program. The phantom track is saved in the Lock-On / temp folder. You should now have 2 files which are named: 20080615_LoopsRolls_Pilot name_Raz05.trk (original Lock On recorded track) 20080615_LoopsRolls_Pilot name_Raz05.phtrk (traced phantom track) To playback phantom track. Open phantom and hit the backslash button to bring up the saved window. Select the .phtrk track you want to play. Now select the PHANTOM radial and hit the USE button, close the phantom control program. Open Lock On and select the NETWORK PLAY button. Hit the server button. This will allow you to choose the original mission that your recording was made from. This is very important because it spawns the phantom aircraft in exactly the same position as when it was recorded. Join and select the #1 jet. Hit the FLY button to start the multiplayer flight.
