well, never looked at the "pool" when flying online??

to my sparse knowledge, with slmod those stats are stored for a player on a server, and dont get deleted once he leaves...

now the question would be, whether its possible to somehow take these stats and insert them on a website.

I think some of the Russian servers have their own stats and even add the stats to a website. Not sure what all they keep track of though. Speed added stats to slmod v7 and it keeps track of a fair amount of useful stats. Although much of it is generalized. For instance it doesn't track how many times you killed a T-72 with an A-10C, instead it counts kills per weapon type and tabulates kills into broad categories. The information is there to create an extremely thorough stats table, but Speed simply didn't set it up that way. Slmod saves stats to a single 'slmodstats.lua" file and an optional "mission" file on a per mission basis. The table format is pretty straight forward so I wouldn't think it would be difficult to parse it and add the info to a website. Unfortunately I haven't seen or heard from Speed in quite a while and I have basically taken over any code maintenance duties for slmod. I'm not much of a web developer, so I don't really plan on figuring out how to take slmod stats and put it on the web.

The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
