Does DCS World update all the modules installed or do we need to do manual updates as well? Been a while since I have been online and I cannot remember if that is the case for sure..

But not all modules are updated... only when an update is avalaible for them of course!

DCS World and all modules are kept up to date by the DCS world autoupdater. There is (usually) no need to apply updates manually.

There actually is no way to apply updates 'manually'. There are no downloadable patch files.

Yes, not as a "patch", but one could perform a manual install of a newer version of a module that he downloaded from the products page.

 

Bottom line is at least, one does not need to download anything by hand to get the latest version of a module.
