It appears my X52 is not controlling the throttle on my A-10C. A quick scan of the controls, shows that throttle both = joy slider 1. I presume that's correct.

When I move the X52 throttle back (from full throttle), I neither hear nor see any change in RPM's, etc.

also, my Saitek combat rudders are set for joyrz as well.

The HUD looks awefully small too, (as far as the font size of the indicators). Not anywhere near what the Toad displays.

Any rate, I'll do a scan for the HUD. But would appreciate any feedback regarding the X52 throttle issue. (I've loaded the JackBauer profile as well).

Change assignment from joy slider 1 to throttle axis.

Currently you have throttles asigned to this little slider on throttle handle

thanks, I'll give that a whirl!

also, I just installed PeterP's larger font for the HUD. works much better. (Using a 24" LCD at 1920 x 1080, as an FYI).

Throttle: just re-assign them under Options->Controls to either confirm/make sure that the correct axes were used. Also check that ONLY your throttle axes are mapped accordingly - DCS has a habbit to assign multiple devices for the same axis resulting in the strangest problems.

Hud: set up your default view properly. search the forums and/or the DCS wiki for "snap view" and "default". You might also want to check out the mod that enlarges the font used by the HUD. Can't really remember the name, just search for "bigger", "hud" and "font" by PeterP. :o)
