Electrical System API and others?

A year ago, Yo-Yo talking on the Russian forum of the develop to a new Electrical System API with improve them to a new realistic level, tested on the P-51D addon in internal version, but no new news has coming to them.

 

That API has been continue develop / improved? That available to the 3rd parties or integrate them on some ED / 3rd partie project? Some news to the comunity?
