JaseGill Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 This runs Python (easy to code and read LUA) has onboard 30 I/O Pins and seems pretty simple to use as well as a very small form factor. I wonder if it would be any good as a small controller for Simulation? Any thoughts? http://www.micropython.org/ J. whartsell Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 For integrating panels to the simulator it's overkill. All you need for that is a good ole tamely 328 processor which you can get as SMT or through hole for a few dollars This board is a 32bit ARM controller which is only available as SMT and costs 2-3x of an atmel That being said it could be useful for things other than simple input/outputs Arduino,EOS and Helios Tutorial Static ATC menu mod
whartsell Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 One more thing micro python doesn't even support the full std python libs...yet Arduino,EOS and Helios Tutorial Static ATC menu mod
