cichlidfan Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 I don't know when (if ever) there will be an MP multi-crew capability in DCS, but I know that the devs have definitely thought about it. I hope they have done more than think about it since this is part of the ad copy from Belsimtek's website. It's generally not a good business plan to advertise or plan a feature, that people pay for, and that people are expecting, and then not follow through.. ::cough:: Nevada ::cough:: And yes, I know ED is following through with the Nevada map. I Just hope we don't have to wait 3+ years for multi-crew also. gaspuch62 Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 I think DCS ought to have at least one complimentary trainer eventually with full working cockpit. It would be nice for those of financial difficulty to get their feet wet (I don't mean fly over water) with a full on sim. Of course they could also go to the Falcon folks.
danilop Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 (edited) Jet trainer is coming and it will be excellent intermediate airplane for introduction to military combat flying. What we really need is DCS small prop module (Cessna 172 or similar) for basic flight lessons and newcomer introduction to flying and instrument navigation. With these two and reworked training aspect of DCS, we could happily stop recommending FSX to confused new pilots. :) Edited January 29, 2014 by danilop
