I’ve just made a new refuelling mission for the SU-33. In this training mission we have: _ 4 Sukhoi-33s devided into 2 squadrons with 30% of fuel _ 2 tankers IL-78M _ All of them escorted by another armed Su-27 squadron with full of fuel The mission starts in the afternoon at 16:10 p.m the sky looks quite clear with several clouds drift at 5000m, windspeed is 0 mps so if you guys are patient you can see the afternoon little by little change into sunset. Just a training day of air refuelling of Russian Airforce, no any conflict. Hi all OK, I have said all this before but I really need to say it again with all this add on activity going on of late; why did not ED do the Su17, Mig23 and Mig25 add ons first??? There are no fancy avionic doo doo stuff to worry about since these airframes are similar to the Su25 avionics wise and cockpit wise. Yes I know they would need their own AFM but I would pay full price (if not more) for this addition to the game of LOMAC. I really love the Mig25 and the Mig23 but no simulator would come close to LOMAC for putting these two airframes in game for me. Also, it should be feasible to do the F-5 for the western side although I don't have a great interest in western airframes other than the F104, F105, F4 and of course the Harrier and Tornado since I am English! I am rambling now but why oh why ED could not have done the said add on or at least licenced it to a third party developer like FS9 etc? Anyone like to comment? Mizzy

I don't care if they spoil the ET to make it more realistic , I certainly wont be crying about it when they miss the target everytime and posting on these forums about how porked the Su is every freakin 10mins like I fly Su's for real and know the ins and outs of missile tech cos i build them as well. The fact is you can't have a real AMRAAM because it would take more than cpu power to replicate its dynamics ,the only reason some peeps cry out for a realistic AMRAAM is so they can own all in their F15 and polish their l33tness ego. If I was ED i would find this disrespectable of the game I created based on Russian jets , there are a LOT more things unrealistic in this GAME than AMRAAM missiles but thats all certain people care about is it any wonder they get labelled Fanbois. Im all for improving the AMRAAM just sick to death of hearing about how porked the F15 is. And about balance ofcourse there needs tobe a certain degree of balance or else the unfairness is unacceptable, so allowing F15's superior AA platform then upgrade Su27S to Su27SMK to allow R77's.

ОТВЕТ: Первое, что необходимо усвоить это то, что ваша версия LockOn должна совпадать с версией используемой на сервере(хосте). Если у вас LockOn Современная Боевая Авиация версии 1.00-1.02, то вы не сможете присоединиться к серверу, использующему LockOn Горячие Скалы версии 1.12 или 1.12а. Для получения наилучших навыков полётов в сети, необходима последняя версия LockOn Горячие Скалы (ГС). ГС не только даёт возможность летать с большинством пилотов, летающих в сети, но и, кроме того, имеет весьма существенные отличия. Дело в том, что, конечно, можно летать в сети и используя LockOn Современная Боевая Авиация версии 1.02, но это будет ошибкой, если будет продолжаться долго. Многие самолёты и техника доработаны, так что вы просто будете изучать и усваивать устаревшую информацию по многим моментам – к примеру, в LockOn Горячие Скалы новые комбинации клавиш управления и полностью переработанное моделирование средств радиоэлектронного взаимодействия. Наилучшее место для полётов в сети – это HyperLobby. Хотя в первое время, вполне возможно вы почувствуете себя там неопытным новичком. На крупных серверах все облегчающие настройки (внешние виды и т.д.) обычно отключены. Не стоит пугаться. Для начала просто попробуйте. Никто не собирается тыкать в вас пальцем, или делать что-нибудь в этом духе. Летать на настройках «Ас» – основная цель, к которой стремятся большинство пилотов. Поймите правильно – нет ничего плохого в том, чтобы создать сервер с облегчёнными настройками, к примеру, чтобы помочь освоиться новичкам, или для тренировок и т.д. Есть много людей, которые могут создать сервер с включёнными внешними видами и другими опциями, если вы их об этом попросите. Тем не менее, не стоит злоупотреблять этими опциями, если вы желаете получить больше реалистичных ощущений – эти опции будут мешать вам осваивать виртуальную авиацию. Вид на карту – это не лучший способ для навигации и поиска цели в бою, а используя «ярлыки» вы не научитесь уходить от ракет и прятаться, используя рельеф. Большинство из пилотов поможет вам в меру своих возможностей. Ещё больше вы сможете помочь себе сами, если будете использовать программы голосовой связи (TeamSpeak, Ventrilo) и подключитесь голосовому серверу. There are a lot of people there that will host a room with externals, etc if you ask. Don't take encouragement to GIVE UP THE NOOB FEATURES as "harassment." That's ridiculous. We're trying to teach you and these things- while they have a limited role – will eventually stunt your growth. The "map" view is not how you learn to navigate and find your targets. You don't learn to avoid missiles or take out vehicles hiding in the hills using labels. Most of us will help any way we can. You can help yourself a lot by getting on a communications channel that the server or your erm.. instructor.. has. That usually means TeamSpeak or Ventrilo - which can be downloaded on main site in the downloads section. You've got to understand that trying to train someone new via the chat function is plain tiring. Help us to help you- get on comms before you press FLY. You also need to make an effort to learn some things on your own too. Print off the key commands & lay them out in front of you. Read the various forums, visit the official & fan sites and yes - read the manual. No, not the whole thing at once. Show some initiative.
