  1. @Gremlin77 : Well seen, after administrator's rights aren't needed in normal use. Carefull, if your Windows user isn't administrator and you use an another administrator user (with a different name) : shortcuts will be create on the another administrator user menu program.
  2. Many thanks Gus  Have a good use.
  3. @gremlin : thanks for your report
  4. @Gadroc: as written on Web site, you must be registered and logged in
  5. Hi all, GetCMSPDisplay is released here. Current version is : 1.00.00 beta Results of CMSP Display are data that are sended via network or written in a plain text file. With data, you'll make what you want... probably to display data for a CMSP panel.... Hang in there ! --------------------- . Administrator's rights are needed in debug mode. . If your Windows user isn't system administrator and you use an another administrator user (with a different name) : shortcuts will be created on the another administrator user menu program.
  6. Here is status of my A-10C's cockpit : Rolling consoles :) Perspective of pictures below is modified, so dimensions aren't good.
  7. For CMSP, the display is a LCD 2x20, black backlight with green/yellow characters.
  8. Ramp start video with some errors. I'll re-make it later
  9. INTERLUDE : There is my virtual cockpit at 7ieme Mondial de la Simulation (7th Simulation World Show) (Sept 28th PARIS (FR)) where I met Flying Legends owner. (Thanks for being to come and see the pit). ED UK was at the show and presented DCS with a large hemispherical screen with a moving cockpit (mounted on jacks). A good friend of my virtual Wing (a virtual ka-50 pilot) was testing the pit... Only SAI, IFF, HARS, FUEL QTY et BREAKERS are missing. Rest works with DCS World 1.2.1. : ALCP, SAS, EFCP, INTERCOM, STALL, GUN OVERRIDE, FUEL, (Throttle TM WH),VHF AM, UHF, VHF FM, KY58, GEAR,AHCP,AOA, CLOCK, UHF REPETER,.... (I fed up with this list that begins to be long).... LCP Keys of CDU, UFC, NMSP, CMSC, and FUEL QTY panel are in building... After cockpit'll be finished... Thanks for reading... Tacno
  10. Hello, best of luck with your build. With a joy card, you'll use DCS in-game joystick paramaters. When you'll plug in it, a new interface will be display in DCS options. In the options parameters list, there are two types of actions. Example 1 : for EEP and joy inputs : inverter switch has 3 status : STANDBY, OFF and TEST No problem to use a ON-OFF-(ON) switch in this case. (ON) means momentary. Example 2 : for EEP and joy imputs : battery switch has only one input : BATTERY DCS takes status of this switch only when it's on. Chronology with battery status on 'off position' and with a ON-OFF switch: action | result -----------+--------------- switch on | BATTERY ON switch off | nothing switch on | BATTERY OFF switch off | nothing Thus, it doesn't work as we believed. A ON-OFF switch isn't the good choice. If you use a momentary switch (ON)-OFF, you'll have less action to do, but the switch position won't be same as in simulator. Joy card isn't the good choice too !
  11. A small diagram to explain how does my cockpit work...
  12. Of course, I will. After september, I'm really busy to modify GetCMSPDisplay now. I'd like GetCMSPDisplay will work with SIOC, plain text file, and as already now with an configurable UDP server. Just wait...
  13. Thank all, I wrote there in the youtube comment : " ...This CMS panel uses 2 microcontrollers, communicates with 2 IIC bus (in and out) with DCS PC. On PC, two own IIC cards and three own programs are used : GetExportDCSA10C sends data from export.lua (specific code include in Helios code) to panels via IIC bus, SetInputDCSA10C receives, from IIC bus panels, switches status and sends them to export.lua (UDP Helios server) GetCMSPDisplay, own OCR, reads a CSMP duplicated display (MonitorSetup.lua), and sends results to GetExportDCSA10C. All panels are connected with eight wires, for supply, 2 IIC-bus, backlight. "
  14. Hi, I'm a A-10 pilot in the french virtual wing : the 3rd-wing.net. When DCS A-10C is arrived, I wasn't good with my HOTAS and the mouse to click on switches. I've got two hands only. Therefore, with my own technology, I began to build the Electric Power Panel, an other... Gear, caution, ILS, AAP, ......, CDU, and CMSP. A French proverb says: "Impossible n'est pas français." I'm preparing the 7th Simulation World Show at Le Bourget, near Paris -France- (This web site is in french language http://www.museeairespace.fr/mondial-simulation/mondial-de-la-simulation.html ). My pit is still under building and I use all my free time on it. I will reply at this post, with details, in month of October. Keep hope, there is always a solution. Tacno
  15. Hi SeaEye, I'm interresting by the solution. I've the same problem for RWR display (at top left) but after check my multimonitor lua file and AN_ALR69V_init.lua file, I found nothink to do... Mayday ! Thanks, Tacno
  16. Great ! Thanks for all Gadroc
  17. Hi all, How to use performClickableAction command ? In lua script I'll write this command as : deviceNumber:performClickableAction ( buttonNumber , Value ) Let's take TPG ON/OFF for example. In devices.lua file, I can get the deviceNumber of AHCP panel: devices["AHCP"] = counter()--7 deviceNumber is 7 In clickabledata.lua file, I can get values of TGP ON/OFF switch : elements["PNT-TMB-AHCP-TGP"] = {class = {class_type.TUMB,class_type.TUMB}, hint = _("Targeting Pod Power On/Off"), device = devices.AHCP, action = {device_commands.Button_4,device_commands.Button_4}, arg = {378,378}, arg_value = {1.0,-1.0}, arg_lim = {{0.0, 1.0},{0.0, 1.0}}} Value is 0.0 to put switch off and 1.0 to put switch off. But where can I find the buttonNumber, the first parameter of performClickableAction command ? Thanks Tacno
  18. Thank Gadroc, I'll check your posts (~500)
  19. Hi y2kiah, Hi all, I began my project of my A-10C cockpit building. It's a wide project for me. For french speakers, my web site is here : http://www.tacnoworld.fr. For no french speakers, as I have not yet translated the site in English, you can use Google Translate :-) To send status from DCS to panel, I use device command with Olgred files from http://files.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/84654/ (Thank Olgred for sharing) Now, I want to use "performClickableAction" command in export.lua file to send status from panel to DCS. And I look for parameters for this command : device number and action number... I don't find anythink interresting on Web, or I don't know where to look for... :( Does a table exist, with device , panel , action ? Or how can I create this table ? Thank all Tacno
  20. Hello all, I used to create missions for my online A-10a squadron on LOFC1.12 and I could mark ground target for multi clients (network) aircrafts only. (Target and click on an object for each aircraft) For example, targets were depots, and the bombs releases did with CCRP mode, hight altitude. I don't want to use IA aircraft in LOFC2. How can I mark ground targets in the editor, and use this mark for clients aircrafts ? Thanks Regards
