The free version of Fraps is not a bad choice. You can simply cut away that fraps.com on top of the footage. When you have a 1680x1050 screen like me, that's what you always should do, to get a 16:9 ratio, which gives full screen at youtube. And when you add pan/crop, you also get a more natural feeling of the video, for example, you can show the aircraft at the left side of the screen, instead of the middle position you get in the default DCS/FC views.
Free version of Fraps has 30 seconds of recording limit but that should not be a problem, at least not for me.
