  1. Im leaning toward voltage drop myself. The longer the distance from the power source the larger the wire needs to be. Considering Ethernet cable is 22 AWG and your probably passing thru a couple devices (your controller cards) which are consuming power I would start there. Maybe try to replace one or two runs in a larger gauge wire like 16 AWG to see if that corrects the issue. As an electrician, I wouldn't use anything smaller than 16 AWG. (American Wire Gauge in case you we're wondering) Crisco
  2. Does the airport you want them to land at have a runway long enough to accommodate that size aircraft? Perhaps that is why they divert to the other airfield. That was my first thought.
  3. CH has indeed created an A-10C replica stick. Only problem is, they wont release it to the public "at this time". I tried talking to Debbie at CH about it last October. They are only marketing it to the DOD contractors. They told me perhaps one day in the future it will be made available. I told her by then it'll be too late, Thrustmaster will own the market share for that style. Oh well, kind of a bummer. I've been using CH Fighterstick, Pro Throttle and Pedals for 8 yrs now and have zero complaints.
  4. Maintenance Manuals I have a copy of the maintenance manuals for the F-18C. I can look them over for relevant information for you if you'd like. Wont be able to get to it till this coming up holiday weekend I'm afraid. But I'll have the time then. Dave

    FC2 Online

First off, Hello All. Long time lurker and only now decided to engage in the conversation. Long ago, I was involved in the evaluation process for the original Lock-on. I unfortunately was so disappointed with it, mainly due to UBI not allowing ED to finish the product correctly, that the sim got shelved after just a couple of sessions. Fortunatly, the Flight Sim bug bit me again this past summer and I decided to give FC2 a try. As a long time critic of ED (sorry, but true) I have to say I was really impressed. A lot of the issues we had with LOMAC seemed to have been addressed. My friends and I have enjoyed many an online session lately, with very little to complain about. Except not being able to put boats in the rivers in the ME! :) But that's just me.
