Updated to this earlier, Rock steady 90fps.... however the image was full of swirls except for around the centre?? There was no stuttering that I could see Any ideas for settings to counter the swirls please? regards

Germany and Marianas are the maps ...thats all. Everything else is good..

Im back on 1.40 guys...... Only way I can get relatively smooth flying. Launch direct from DCS with QVC running before I launch (repaired after using Pimax launch) PLUS ---- Go into Task manager... click on DCS .exe ... go into details and set Priority as High....... without that last part...I only get one to two threads working on my CPU's, that changes to several and makes a difference. List your specs please. Personally still on PP 1.40 , my specs below. I have tried the pp right through to the hotfix but slight stutters occur .There are a few others that have rolled back. I followed Tallymouse setting generally but didn’t delve into the API ? layers and writing code into DCS . I also use nvidia to select the K setting for Dlss . The latest nvidia update was causing problems as well so i rolled that back too.. I’ll sort settings later for you which on my setup gives 90 fps on most maps. I’ll also tag some worthy chats on here too Best being Pimax Play v1.41.1 Regards

Just tried every map free Flight... F16...... DCS.exe in Task manager set to High once Launched...every time, as it defualts back to Normal @bignewy Could this be implemented into VR page on settings? 90FPS in all but Marianas, Germany and Sinai Not updated to hotfix yet......... Currently online.....Apache Persian Gulf ..getting Flash in Headset dropping frames from 90FPS to 45 fps for a measured 5 sec then recovering .. Curently on 1.40.. moving up Moved to 1.41 and got things running smoothish Critical part of ther flying is this from @Nuggetz if you don’t already do the following please try: Task Manager Details tab Right click on DCS (after log in) Select Priority and set to High, NOT Realtiime) Should help. In the DCS main page, with the fps views up I am getting loads of cores being utilised. Soon as I’m flying it’s now 1.8 cores … could this be the problem of stuttering?? I’m not that savvy on the motherboard aspects

Yes Ive upgraded this afternoon to the same......Flying both F16 and F18 the cockpits are consrtantly Vibrating or shaking, anyone else getting this??

I have all CPU's checked in DCS . exe task manager, but Im only seeing 2-3 max used in game,is this slowing things down i wonder?

Didnt sleep much last night so went through all of Talleymouse settings. Tried several options and eventually got to the stage of almost zero stutters and blur. Tried launch via Pimax, Launch direct from DCS, various and some minor tweaks to get a reasonable result. Personally It did require me reverting back to 1.40 version to acheive this. PC specs below. OK I have just update the Nvidia driver, which adds another factor. @Monty tried 300fps, then back to 120 fps and back at 72hz more stutters than at 90.... Just went online on the Mayhem server(4Ya UK aerobatics) and no stutters to 45 degrees from forwards, however beyond that quite a few. Out for the evening now, will pick up tomorrow.. Suggestions welcome.

Yes I slid it to 70 fps I have it also at 90fps in Nvidia controls app under the DCS tab. @madmonty I will try more experimentaton with that later.....

I have tried 72hz and stutters worse reverted to 90hz and as good as its got for me along with GPU running 9.8G-13.6G on a 4090. Regards
