@Calvin.Pimax THe settings are here Only other update was the Nvidia GPU driver...which Ive now rolled back. I will try more online flying today and report back If setting DCS priority to high is overclocking then yes I do that for most flights... thankyou very interesting!!! I will try normal today

I only have dcs in VR No set time really. One was with in 20 minutes online, others 2 hours 3 hours servers range from a friend 50 miles away to US server for helos

Currently on 580.97 a further two blackouts on the goggles online server on my own.... will try a further rollback on Nvidia driver. Total 5 blackous now @Calvin.Pimax

Ive done it several times. I keep a folder of every Pimax Play update. Not sure about the Headset / controlled firmware though. Regards

Second time for me this, Flying around in the superb UH60L update, online with a friend on a mission. Freeze followed by Goggles shutdown to black screen and unrecoverable. 2 Hours flying time First time it was a online mission, and did exactly the same after a few hours. Anyone Else or any ideas please? Regards

Morning all. Here in UK at least. After watching this video earlier.. where hes flying DCS with NO QV whatsoever.. smoothly!! I actually went back into DCS, disabling QV in Pimax Play (leaving the setings as was in DCS) Launching through PP into DCS still using the settings I applied above and flew in very smooth 72FPS in several maps and aricraft. Do we need QV?? try it. Regards

OK another day of Testing!!! Watch Prickleys video here: I followed this right through. Working for me, specs below. Rocksteady 72FPS at last.... Aircraft - F16- Apache - F15 - Spitfire- Gazelle Maps Kola - Caucasus - Normandy - Persian Gulf FORGOT TO include PP sharpen to 0.8!!!!! Try Pimax Play Launch worked well Also QVC repaired then launched with PP in background, then Launch DCS direct. I am still however Setting the DCS priority to HIGH in tack manager, regards.

You dont have Enable VR headset in your DCS VR settings??? Nor eye tracking nor Quadviews enabled due to the disabled VR heaset? Is this correct?? Regards

An indicator for QV problems is the initial game boot up page with the blue sky and clouds. If you have jagged lengths on the top and bottom... it clearly indicates the QV problem about to manifest in your flight.

More trials this morning... finding I can achieve 90fps by using FSR and NIS within PP.....Free flight with plenty of cores active......however the Swirls persist.... Vanilla installs of QVM are constantly broken now....annoying!!! Anyone tried Nvidia latest ?? came out yesterday. Version 581.29 Regards UPDATE. Updated Nvidia driver.... Check your Settings it resets System fallback, shaders etc.. No adverse effects on DCS.

Very interesting.... I noticed several Pimax systems running continuously in task manager and wondered why so many.

OK tried the above video ...didnt work for me which prompted me to run back through all Versions of PP Still the only solution for me is 1.40 ..Vanilla install Quadviews Companion 1.17 Quadviews Foveated 1.13 Regards

Updated to this earlier, Rock steady 90fps.... however the image was full of swirls except for around the centre?? There was no stuttering that I could see Any ideas for settings to counter the swirls please? regards

Germany and Marianas are the maps ...thats all. Everything else is good..

Im back on 1.40 guys...... Only way I can get relatively smooth flying. Launch direct from DCS with QVC running before I launch (repaired after using Pimax launch) PLUS ---- Go into Task manager... click on DCS .exe ... go into details and set Priority as High....... without that last part...I only get one to two threads working on my CPU's, that changes to several and makes a difference. Regards
