  1. Hm, no, he did not alter his .cfg, but I copied my export.lua to his Users-Directory.
  2. There are several threads with hints and advises to get TARS to work with 1.2.3!! Just a little search will lead you there!
  3. TARS worked for me and my buddy. I hosted the mission and we could hear each other without any problems. I did enable export in the network.cfg. Greetz Tim
  4. I don't exactly know what you mean, but it looks like you have both MFDs assigned as Nr. 1!! Use the software delivered with the MFDs to change one of them to Nr. 2!! DCS recognizes both MFDs as one right now!!
  5. Ok ok! That was not that complicated! I agree! But sometimes it needs a little push in the right direction, to come to the right solution! I thank you very much! Have a nice Weekend! Greetz Tim
  6. Can someone please point me in the right direction for getting the NVG to the center of my 3840x1080 setting? I am really not good at thinking in numbers like Peter is. Please guys, help me out! Thanks Tim
  7. Unfortunately, it is not possible to play MP without connecting to the master server.
  8. CBU-97s are no WCMDs. Only CBU-103 (enhanced CBU-87s) and CBU-105 (enhanced CBU-97s) are wind corrected. Keep that in mind. Both 87s and 97s are just "dumb bombs" in terms of delivery!!
  9. Yep, there is a new option in the ground crew com menu (F8). Without the request for repair, nobody will move a muscle to get you airworthy again. And you still have to shut down the engines.
  10. It does work with the newest Teamspeak Version. Tested it yesterday!
  11. What I found out, was, that I had to delete all "old" folders to get TARS to work properly. But perhaps just because I kept the old folders within the DCS Main Folder!
  12. That's what a wingman is for. No seriously, you cannot avoid all threats on a battlefield. It's situational awareness that keeps you airborne and alive. But without a wingie, it's a tough task to handle. Just my 2 cents.
  13. Sorry, forgot about the other mods and the resolution. The resolution is 3840x1080 and I am using your clickable radio mod. I am also running Helios and SoftTh.
  14. Hello Peter, sorry for the delay, busy in RL. But anyways, here is the track. You can see (or not see) the laser/IR beam from the Pod. It is visible at the leftmost edge of the NVG but not over the whole area. Hopefully you can see into this and find a solution. Version of the mod is Release Candidate 2 plus the new shaders. But it was also not correctly projected without the new shaders. I hope I described the situation clearly. :music_whistling: Greetz Tim NVG Test.trk
  15. Hello Peter, I am using the RC2 Dual Monitor setup version of the NVG-Mod and I found a little problem with the laser/IR-beam visibility. When you fire the laser/IR beam of the LITENING pod, you are not able to see the actual beam/ray. Perhaps you can test it yourself and see if you experience it too! Greetz and keep up the good work, Tim
  16. Each got its own config folder. Take a look at your users-folder. And it is not advised to copy the standalone config over the world config, as there are some new keyboard commands, that would be inoperable if overwritten.
  17. Ok, I haven't had time to go that deep into the commands. :music_whistling: Will take a look. Thanks for the advise.
  18. I just copied the Warthog users-config-folder into the World users-config-folder. If you know what I mean. I have all the keybindings present in DCS: World. No more work.
  19. @Noc_orthodontist: It's not correct, you have to hold the button until the take off trim light illuminates. Otherwise the trim settings are not fully reset!! Observe your stick when pressing the button. You will see what I mean. On the ground, at startup, you will not have to hold the button for long because the trim settings are default. But if you have to rearm or refuel and take off again, you will see that it takes much longer for the light to illuminate, because you have trimmed the aircraft a lot and the settings are off.
  20. To see what the T-O trim button does, try the following: when cold-starting the plane, wait till the engines are spooled up and hydraulic pressure is present, then trim the plane extensively to one direction, left-right-up-down doesnt matter. Just observe the stick. Then press and hold the trim button, and voila: the stick centers magically!! So what the trim button does is, it recenters all trim inputs, so you have the "default" trim setting at take off.
  21. And another nice video of the Vinson. Take a look: http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=514_1332731538
  22. The font is called Font MS33558. If I remember correctly, there was a download link somewhere in the forum. Tim
  23. Schau mal! Lies Dir mal den Thread durch: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=84786 Und ich benutze das Programm SofTH. Muss Du mal googeln!! Gruß und viel Spaß! Tim
  24. @ whartsell: Yes, that are bolts, we used 2 of them for each side. We drilled several holes in the backrest, so you can adjust it to your liking. @strix: He, that is exactly, what I was thinking about.... thx for the input!! Update: I received my Bodnar Card yesterday and now I am eager to build my first functional panel for the pit!
  25. Yes, that's one of the Problems i am facing right now. I am working on this and other issues that appeared during testing!
