Thanks for your replies. Once i have access to my computer i will install a second copy and only patch it to 1.01 as i wish to experiment with night missions. I've read another thread and i believe that dual screen and NVG's did work but become broken after installing the 1.02 patch. Will try it out for myself when i get home next week. Cheers.....

Hello Im unable to play night missions in BS 1.02 due to the distortion/aspect stretching issue when using dual monitors with NVG. I'm thinking about doing a dual install of BS and patching it to version 1.01. So i just have three questions. 1) Does dual monitor work in version 1.01 with NVG at night ?. 2) Will track ir work ok in BS 1.01 ?. 3) Is it possible to have dual versions of BS installed on one computer (1.01 & 1.02) ?. Hello all Do's anybody know of a good source of missions/campaigns for BS 1.02 ?. My searching always seems to come up with the same results, there seems to be very few. I haven't really had that many hours on BS but i seem to be having lot's of problems with my insubordinate wingmen, has anybody used/using the Wingman AI mode by Goldfinger25 and what were/are your thoughts ???... I've read other posts regarding problems with AI behaviour and no doubt some of my problems with my wingmen will be caused by my own user error regarding how i issue orders/data link commands. I still have much to learn !!!!! Just wondering will the Goldfinger25 mod improve things ?.... Regards.....

Thanks for your replies. I can't ever seem to trim the aircraft properly in pitch to achieve straight and level flight. Always seem to end up in a slight climb or descent and end up using the EAC hold instead. I don't have access to my computer at the moment but i'll give the "stick to trimmer" a go and see how that works. Do's the real A-10C have this mode, or is it just a feature of this sim ?... I have'nt seen anything in the manual about this mode. Cheers.....

Hello all. Im using the X52 Pro and have assigned the trim function to one of the HAT switches on my throttle. When i try and trim the aircraft for level flight and i have the attitude/airspeed stabilised, im finding that one click of my pitch trim button is often just a little bit to much. This just causes the aircraft to pitch up and down slightly as i can never seem to achieve pitch stability. I was just wondering is there .LUA file that i can tweak/adjust to reduce the "in game" trimming rate slightly. One press of my pitch button on my X52 = 1/2 current in game trimming effect would be nice and would allow me to fine tune easier. Most of the time i just use the HDG/Altitude hold function, but it would be nice to be able trim "hands Off" easier. I'm also finding that the other autopilot modes pitch hold/bank altitude hold at the moment just don't seem to be consistant. I'm hoping that their still WIP as they could be very useful. I don't have a problem with trimming in the roll axis. Excellent flight sim by the way ED.....:thumbup: Thanks....

Yep, it's working perfectly now. Crunch.........When you activate the jammer it will flash "OPR", if you manage to break the radar lock it will then return back to SBY. You can then reactivate the jammer if you require it It works !!!!!.....

Hello all When you select the "semi" automatic mode on the CMSP countermeasure panel how do you consent the Jammer to operate. I'm finding that when i use the "Auto" mode the ECM jammer operates as it should but my flare/chaff stores are also emptied very quickly. I have read the manual, but i just can't find were it says how you actually manually turn the jammer on. The chaff/flare program auto selects, but the jammer just displays SBY. Cheers.....

Yeah. i'm gradually working my way through the sections of the manual, however sometimes it's easier to ask as the guys on here tend to be helpful and can save you a lot of time. I'm happily flying around now ripple dropping bombs and rockets.......working on CCRP mode next and trigger zones... The A-10 and it's systems are proving to be very interesting.......just time consuming. Black Shark is pretty good too (if you can ignore the see through buildings when viewing through the Shkval)..... And when their done with this excellent A-10........i hope they model the Hind 24 or Harrier GR7 next !!!!! Cheers.....

Hello all Just trying to figure out how to bomb using the basic CCIP mode. When i create a bomb release profile and use the RIP SGL or RIP PRS options i can't seem to increase the ripple quantity (OSB 8). Has this been implemented yet or more likley what am i doing wrong ?. I've just created a simple mission in the mission editor with a cluster of targets for bomb practice, i was wondering how do you place a smoke marker to aid locating them. Thanks........

Hello all Have recently installed the Black shark Ka-50 simulator on my computer and everything seems to be ok graphically when viewed from the cockpit and external views. I've noticed that when i'm viewing through the Shkval the buildings seem to be "transparent" and have a ghostly appearance, until you reach about 4km range. The trees and other ground objects seem to be ok, is this normal when viewing through the shkval ?. I have an ATI HD5870 running on CAT 10.8 drivers and the Ka -50 is a fresh install with no mods applied.... The sim is playable, but the building transparency spoils it.. Have tried playing with the settings in the Catalyst control center but have had no joy... Any suggestions appreciated... Thanks in advance.....

Hello I started up my installation of FC 1.12b this morning and now it seems that the game no longer loads up some of the cockpit textures. I have reinstalled a fresh copy and i'm now have a clean install of Lockon. The Radar/Shkval/HUD are all functioning and all the external views seem to be fine, however nearly all of the instrumentation now longer functions I have included a link below so that you can see for yourselves.
