After the last update, been having consistent connection fails. Once i get in a server, within 5 to 9 minutes crashes back to multiplayer page with "connection fail" prompt. If you have the Tomcat, that means you never leave the ground. I've done everything i could do. I only have 2 MODS but took them out. DCS clean. DCS repair twice. Updated driver. Cleaned system etc etc.... haven't been on much over the last 2 weeks so I thought its a fluke. Apparently not. Appreciate any help... dcs log.zip

thanks. I ran clean and repair twice yesterday evening. No dice. I found 3 innocuous mods that shouldn't make a difference really, but i just removed them. If it still doesnt work, i remove Reshade. That shouldnt have anything to do with the crashes either IMO.

Hello Currenthill, How do you apply it in DCS? I want to try it on the F-14 like GS did. Where does it need to be installed?

@silverdevil Sorry I'm late. Spent the better half of Sat and Sunday figuring it out. It was definitely the new Nvidia driver ... on top of the DCS patch. I r8lled back the driver to a older driver and everything is hunkiedorry once again...well except for some keybinds they stopped working. Trying to undo this issue now. Thanks for all your help.

@silverdevil labor intense for sure, but I've NEVER had an issue until now. My graphics were superb. Had my 2080ti humming smoothly. I've been pretty lucky, then all of a sudden all hell has broke loose. Not sure where I go from here other than it looks like I wont being playing with mirrors for awhile. eventually I'll see if this issue happens in servers as well.

I reinstalled the graphics driver and tried joining a few servers. Didn't have an issue there(for now) however the activation of the mirrors is still causing DCS to crash to my desktop not to mention the textures of my cockpit look horrible.... I need to mention I'm testing this in instant action so not sure if that sections is bugged or not.

true indeed. I'm not a techie guy so trying to understand the why's. At any rate, no dice. Its still crashing when I activate mirrors and its back to crashing trying to get into a server. I think theres definitely something screwy with the GPU/driver now. The crashing seems to be getting worse.

@silverdevil to answer your question I have 32g. I'm old too.

@Flappie I changed that back to auto. We will see if that helps... still doesnt explain why there are so many errors after a reinstall. @silverdevil Nvdia did have a driver update yesterday, but I'm not sure what I should be checking on the driver.

I was having alot of the same MP servers issues where i couldnt get on any server without crashing but everything else worked fine....well that stopped. started crashing in single player. tried what I could; repair/clean/deleted whatever mods I had. Ended up uninstalling and reinstalling DCS just to start from scratch. Seems I can get on servers again but dcs crashes when I turn the mirrors on in the F-14. looking at the logs theres multiple errors which i dont get. I reinstalled so not sure why I have these errors. any ideas?

BreaKKer, I've used the 54 to tank ships using PAL.
