  1. There's an error in "\Alvand_Class_Frigate\Database\Navy\IRIS_Alvand.lua":

    2024-04-19 23:16:32.144 ALERT   Scripting (Main): loadfile: [string "\DCS\Mods/tech/Alvand_Class_Frigate/D..."]:272: '}' expected (to close '{' at line 268) near '0000'

     Line 272 of that file is

    distanceMax = 15 0000,

    Should be

    distanceMax = 150000,

    Thank you so much 🙂

  2. Are we really sure they aren't wired to be compatible with sparrows?

    The F-16IQ is capable of carrying them and it's based on the F-16C (not sure what blk)

    Perhaps the blk50 can use them, just since nobody does anymore so we don't see them flying with them.

  3. Is anyone working on or have a template with AAA for this map yet?

    In case nobody has or is working on one, feel free to post information on AAA sites from the era and I'll start working on one.

  4. I think the map is fantastic, sure there are a few issues like some flickering grass, some lower than I'd like textures in some places and some parts are quite barren (as they should be mind you) but it is a fantastic map nonetheless with quite detailed airfields, looks amazing from higher up, makes for a nice change of scenery and the Devs are quite active in improving it.

    Hopefully there will be a few more units to populate it soon.

  5. As the title says, would be nice if there were some liveries relevant for the map once it releases perhaps by coordinating with livery makers and module makers (ED, Razbam, etc), mostly Egyptian as a lot of them are missing such as:

    C-130
    CH-47
    E-2 (Could also use an Israeli one)
    F-16
    Il-76
    Ka-50
    L-39
    Mi-8
    Mi-24
    MiG-15
    MiG-19
    MiG-23
    MiG-29
    Mirage 2000C
    Wing Loong

    I have probably missed a few.

  6. How about crowd sourcing some new and higher res textures for older existing models like the BMPs T-80U and such?

    Surely a lot of people would be very happy to contribute and the manpower required for ED would be quite minimal if any.
