Try reducing the preload until you stop maxing out your RAM. I think what happens is that preload keeps going on no matter if you run out of RAM or not. I went from 99% RAM usage to 90-95% and Syria is much smoother and load in is much faster.

I had for sure rocket CCIP working with S8-OFP2 in MP when starting with empty cold Hind. FYI I always load them when the engine is starting up.

Do you have your collective on inverted axis? Or maybe "Sync Controls" option enabled?
