Thank you mate

@AusMumbles yeah svg or dfx apparently. All the panels have to be an individual file
-
Thanks mate. Yeah it's got me lost unfortunately
-
Yeah ok. Is there a program or particular way of doing that. I have tried a few online ones and can't seem to get anywhere. I can imagine in missing something rather simple that's holding me up

Good afternoon brain's trust. I'm looking at getting my frame cut by a local CNC company but they are having difficulty with the files reading. I have supplied them in skp, stl and dfx however the problem they are having is they need an exploded view and can't work with the files I have provided. Has anyone who has had there's done via CNC help me with a bit of advice on what and how I should provide the files. I've attached an image of what I'm trying to achieve Thankyou

Mate, that is fantastic. I'm slowly starting to get stuff in line to start making my own instrument panel. That is amazing. I've started making my templates for the frame then I'll move onto 3D printing the VDI, HSD and the bezels. I'll likely just make them static displays. Did you design your own prints for the bezels and HSD, VDI and ACM panel?
-
Thats cool, I'd still miss the iconic ACM panel in my face

F-14B (Upgrade)?? The cat with the HUD and JDAM capable?

I'll be starting with the main instrument panel then moving to make the full pit including seat. Can't wait to see how the 3D printed parts fill out your cockpit mate its looking aces so far. Thanks again for the help.

Thankyou. For that. I hope you had a good Christmas mate

Is there a specific program to use to read the files for the cockpit. I'm trying to get the dimensions to start but I'm getting bogged down trying to figure out the programs to get the dimensions. Once thats done I can tackle making the 3d files for the gauges and instrument panels. Thankyou guys

I'm hoping someone can help. I purchased fear the bones on steam the day it was released. It downloaded I went to play and it came up with the activation issue error. Steam quickly rectified the issue (for most people) I loaded the game and the issue was still there. I got in touch with steam to help. The only solution they offered was to sign out and back in and verify the files. I did both of these with no success. They then said they can't help with the solution and directed me to get in touch with ED. I know this issue has been resolved for most but I am at a loss as to why it is still causing this issue for me. I have deleted and repurchased the dlc and again had the activation issue. Steam is up to date, I have all the required dlc to run fear the bones and have checked to make sure my antivirus isn't blocking it. I even offered to give steam my log in details to see if they could rectify the issue. I'm hoping someone more tech savvy then myself can give me a bit of direction or assistance.
