  1. Hello, I'm using a SB X7 as my main sound device and my motherboards built-in sound for the buttkicker. I also am using Voicemeeter, but when I play the game, I hear the telemetry clicks on my main sound. Is there a way to let dcs just get the telemetry alone and still have my game audio?
  2. Steam doesnt apply barrel correction for these headsets. At 100%, its running around 2880x2720, so it's not hard to drive. I get around 70 fps with it and the clarity is amazing.
  3. So I just jumped into the F14 a few weeks ago and learning it. Previously, I was on the A10C II and loving it. But now I'm starting to fly the single player missions on the F14 and for the life of me, there are some missions where I just can't beat the enemy ai in a2a. I noticed some posts saying that physics don't apply to them and have better awareness. Is this true? I thought it was already fixed or something.
  4. I think it can work with the Quest 2 if they really wanted to, but the resolution of the outward camera would be an issue me thinks.
  5. DSplayer was right, I have my throttle at idle position and not at engine off. I set it to off and now it works. TYVM
  6. I'll check. Basically what happens is I don't have any input and just command the ground crew to give me ground power and air supply. After the crew complies with that, he just goes on startup.
  7. I dunno if its a bug, but Jester starts up the cat after it gets power and air supply. I kinda remember you can give him a command and he does an ICS check, but it doesnt happen for me now, he just starts it up and next interaction is the INS alignment.
  8. Another vote for the Reverb G2
  9. My first experience with VR was Mission: ISS then VR Rollercoaster, needless to say it was terrible, dizzy for a day or 2. Read up on how to get your VR legs and practiced for a week. Now I can go on till I'm tired, most time I played was 6+ hours all on DCS. I would also suggest getting the G2 specially with the new cable, its better now with regards to stability. Its cheaper but punches above its price. Its also the king of clarity only losing to the Varjo headsets which are really expensive. You will want the best clarity for sims as you will need to read dials, gauges, digital stuff, etc. The Pimax also is a very good choice, clarity is close to the G2. Fov is massive, far beyond the G2 but is also expensive.
  10. IIRC, you can skip pairing the controllers.
  11. This.. I have a Valve Index and a Pro 2. Also, you can upsample the Index to a certain degree and get clarity but you'll never get rid of SDE. On the Pro 2 you "might" need to down sample but there is no SDE.
