  1. Just a hunch but are you selecting DX-11 in Steam VR?
  2. FSR is an easy VR implementation which benefits both AMD and Nividia users. It works very well in VR, what's the downside in quickly making it an in-game option for 2D flat screens?
  3. Not for sale on Steam.
  4. Thanks, glad I saw your post. Trying to find the righty combination of settings to do this was illusive but the described method works great for the rudder with my Thrustmaster T500 RS racing pedals!
  5. Canopy opens using joystick button but will not close (with joystick button).
  6. Are runway lights planned to be added? It would be a shame if the map could not be effectively used at night.
  7. It was my error (I'm using TF-51D Real - simulation flight mode). I was not applying trims while simultaneously leveling the plane using the primary control surfaces but thinking trims alone would be sufficient to level the plane. Hopefully this thread may help others in the forum having trim problems. Edit: I have a VKB Gladiator joystick (non FB).
  8. Thanks for the detailed explanation, I was confused that the trim tabs are supposed to move the opposite direction of the larger control surfaces (the larger control surface movement is not visually apparent when trimming). Also, I cannot get adequate elevator trim adjustment to maintain level flight, the plane always pitches down (no wind). Is this normal?
  9. I know, the problem is that they visually move in the wrong & opposite direction to their effects, at least for the TF-51D model. Edit: Correction, sorry I misunderstood what you meant here (I thought the opposing forces of trim tab vs. major control surface would cancel each other out if what you said was the case).
  10. Does anyone else notice that when moving and closely viewing the plane's trim tabs the tabs control surfaces move in the opposite direction to the trim applied? Eg. trim the rudder to the right and it's trim tab moves left (although the aero effect is correct and is as if the tab was moved to the right). This reverse visual tab action is also on the elevator and ailerons. Is it a bug, does it also happen on the P-51D or with other planes?
  11. Yes, looking forward to the sound of those twins cranked up!
  12. Pre-ordered, my first paid plane pulling me inexorably into DCS.
