P51 engine test 4.51.trkthe engine dies before 5 min. Sometimes it s more 10min and sometimes he die in 1 minute or 2 minute. I can do a test where the engine die in 1 minute but juste gonna take me some times and the first track i think is good for that. Some one know how the engine really work in dcs? I think we got a engine with a random life time, this is why sometime the engine die fast, i got the same with the P47. i have no problem like this with the 109 and the spit. I remenber the FW190D9 got a bug like this with random engine failure and the bug got fix maybe the same.

i fly a lot the p51 and that not a problem from me is the some time the engine die and the message is: engine life It s not a overheat issue

i have been flying the p51 for 2 years i know the procedures

i don t think is that, some time in game i take off fly 20 min, then go full power and engine died really quick in the minute.

is that normal the 109 can go 30 min max power without a break?

dude where i said that, whereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ?????????? i shoot 71 whith never a wing failure and i never tell you i want this 71 kill with a wing cut i just want the reality i never say that. hmmmmmm let me think probably because that happen in reality juste like in the gun cam i show, ah and you don t show me how you cut the 109 just like in the gun cam what you think about me you think i m stupid and i just whatch to much hollywood movies. if you prove to me that i was wrong with real argument then i will quit

dude tell me how i can do that, the only way to show your wrong is to take a 50cal and shoot a wing but i don t have the money for that i show you here now take a p51 and do the same that is imposible in dcs with a quick burst like that i never see that in dcs tell me i m wrong and in dcs we are really far to cut a wing like that

xd no just on gun footage and experience xd in one month i shoot 71 plane just in pvp don t tell me that please, some time you shoot the wing and in dcs i feel that is very useless to do that and that, and if you compare with the gun cam in dcs that impossible to do that with a quick burst.

i don t really know how that work in dcs in the video where the 109 take 26 bullets in the same place i think we can go to 20, but that is more complexe i can t tell precisely. i just say in dcs because that a simulation i put more bullet in a plane and in real life it doesn t happen often to compare i never say that and in dcs my only problem is the wing durablity that i do not understand

what i mean is that you are relying on your experience to do this, unfortunately there is no concret fact, we can t say how much bullet a wing can absorb for sure
