I love a fixed gunsight and I’m useless with gyroscopic ones. was there any fixed mode for the gunsight?

Hey guys I’ve really been enjoying being able to jump into the rio seat while playing on tempests server. It’s nice to whip back there, regain the lock and get back in the front seat. Annoyingly iceman likes to throttle down when I do and sometimes it comes at a time when I’m trying to break through the Mach or when speed is critical. Is it possible to make him not move the throttle for a minute after being activated?

I’ve had a good poke around in the app but I get horrible ghosting when manoeuvring. I’m using the steam version, would that be the reason? I did a clean install too for this. On a 3090 and g2. I’ve tried messing with everything but nothing seems to eradicate it.

It was a massive viggen changelog but I couldn't see a fix in there... I guess I'll keep spraying to see where the bullets go

I played the L-39 from the road farp tonight on the lakes mission and had a blast. The addition of the limited R-60ms gives it an ok chance of defending itself and netted me 3 kills over 2 sorties in the same plane. The bomb drops on the towers were great too as they're hard to miss. The landing under the powerlines on the narrow road made for tense returns but somehow I managed it. Thanks for creating the experience Alpenwolf! The road farps are a really fun dynamic for these trainer aircraft and I would love to see some on other maps too. I know the C-101 needs a lot of runway but it would be cool to see it starting closer to the action from some persian gulf highways. It takes a long time to get to the front and usually gets slapped pretty quickly by a zsu. (though I worry that f-5s might land to help themselves to a quick rearm) Also I was playing the next mission (the one with 4 ewr each in PG) and it seemed like the compass was out by 100 or so degrees in my su-25. Someone was having the same issue in a mig (cant remember if it was a 15 or 21). Another friend in the hind said his compass was working fine. No idea how this happens lol

The gunsight one is pretty annoying

Did anyone work out a solution? Might try this myself.

Is there any way to arm HEAT rockets? I've been trying to muck around with this in the cold war server but it lacks a bit of punch even against BMP's.
