  1. Ugh, you guys (Deadman) are killing me. I was away from DCS for a few years and now I'm back and hooked on the A-10IIC. I was slowly building stuff for a simpit and now with these plans I'm getting sucked into do it right. Thanks to everyone that worked on the plans, as well as everyone that posted in the forum, I enjoyed reading all of your posts.
  2. I JUST picked up the Meta Quest 3 512 last night, I only played with it for about 3 hours and I had a wonderful time flying the A-10C II. The cockpit and ground below the aircraft was very clear and I can understand why people swear by VR. The Neta Quest 3 is now only $499 US, however, don't think that this makes it a "cheap and Junk" headset. I probably am at about the same level as you when it comes to computers, and I'm 61 if it matters.
  3. Just looked up the ARC-186 and ARC-210, talk about an upgrade.
  4. I think you misunderstood, not everyone has a laptop hanging around that they can use for upgrades. I've got one, however, it's so slow that by the time you boot it up I could have gotten a step stool, climbed on top of my computer bench and unplugged anything I wanted to from the back of my computer, so a 16 port USB3.1 hub is both cheaper and safer.
  5. IIRC I didn't install the A-10C mod, it just showed up when I bought the A-10C II. A quick look at the to cockpits shows the A-10C and the II models are the same. I did notice that the TAX cockpit glass mod didn't work as an option with the A-10C model. I don't know enough about the two of them to really make a definitive comparison, thus I'm only going off the cockpits.
  6. A 16 USB 3.1 hub is a bit cheaper then a laptop.. Just saying..
  7. I have noticed that WINWING pushed out a few updates to SimAppPro this past week, seems to me that maybe your issue is some thing in the core software, I'd update to the latest SimAppPro and see what happened. I'm using a 16 port USB3.1 hub that has switches for each port and I'be plugged that into a "blue" usb port on my computer. I've also labeled all the cables going into the port so I can power whatever I need to power off for whatever reason.
  8. Sorry to be snarky here, In the past the app said to unplug, and didn't check if you had the unplugged your other devices, now the app is checking to see if you have at unplugged devices that MAY have issues when they are still plugged in. Follow the apps "demand" for them to be unplugged. A Powered USB Hub that has switches should do the job.
  9. Here's one hub I use, works very well for me, since it's USB 3.1 it will handle the fast USB (3.1 and above) ports on your computer; these ports are normally Blue. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G8S324L/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 I also bought a "cheap" powered USB port that I plug in some of my WINWING gear, and then this hub plugs into the one above. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08XXP29YX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  10. Did you ever figure this out? This guide should help you out, if not you can DM me and I'll do what I can to help, just set it up myself last night https://forums.eagle.ru/topic/258724-how-to-multi-monitor-mfcd-display-export-set-up-guide-jan-2021/
  11. As a Marine, I can assure you the best way to test ANYTHING is to give it to a Marine, we're more then happy to break it and let you know why it's broken. If with it being broken the missions are VERY GOOD and I'm finding them very helpful. Still trying to fumble through the BVR and landing missions. Needless to say, I fly like a drunken monkey was given the stick.
  12. I'll try to help out. 1 - What are the resolution of ALL the monitors you want to use; as an example mine are 1920x1080, 2560x1440, and 800x600 2 - What location(s) are your monitors lied out in; my monitors are configures as follows Monitor 1 (1920x1080) then Monitor 2 2560x1440, then the MFD 800x600 3 - In Windows Config -> System Display, how are your monitors aligned. Mine are all aligned so the bottom of the monitors are aligned What aircraft are you trying to use? A-10a, F15C, etc I'm using a AMD Radeon 6700 XT, however, it shouldn't matter
  13. Did you ever get this working? I'm using 3 screens, my main screen is in the middle, all you need to do is change the settings of the main screen settings My 1st screen, Windows sees it as Screen 2 is 1920x1080 so you just off-set your Center Screen like this _ = function(p) return p; end; name = _('MySetup'); Description = 'Two monitor configuration'; Viewports = { Center = { x = 1920; y = 0; width = 2560; height = 1440; viewDx = 0; viewDy = 0; aspect = 2560/1440; } } Try this, you had your X locations wrong - I just edited the file ADD 300 to the RIGHT Screen X location, I only did it for 600x600, so to get it centered you may need to play with the X numbers. MATT.lua
  14. I tried to follow the mission and it looks like there's an issue with the WP's, I had to go back to WP0 and follow it to WP1 for the mission to finish, am I just a noob? Emailed you to try and explain the issue. Anyway, THANKS for the Missions, they are REALLY helpful to this noob. - Menace
  15. I'd love to see this and any other aircraft that could/was used for CAS/FACA
