kinda offtopic: Is there any way of knowing which side owns the aifrield?

posted this in a wrong thread... So i guess I'll try here :P Can some1 tell me if the a-10 uses mirrors in their cocpit. I've searched around, but couldnt find any evidence that they would actually use it... (it is an option in the sim tho...)

not everyone has a net, and it would be frustrating if they had to log every "two weeks" just to play the game (Imagine they are in some village far from any towns!)

Hello, It is strange, but i cannot get the GAI to work for a player. I placed my plane on runway and set it as GAI mode, then I placed several early warning radars such as the 1L13 and 55G6 at the airbase (one static, other vhiecle), but i don't get any warnings like i would from awacs. Is there a way to see which side the airfield belongs to? Also, how come i can't talk to airfield using radio commands... And besides, Even if i would be on any other type of a mission (lets say intercept), i still dont get any information from GCI, but if i place AWACS i do...

Hello, i have another weird question. Are there any optical seekers out there? I mean, it's not hard to compare hue/saturation and select the dark dot on the sky...

What about the Russians, I presume s-500 won't be with just 1 seeker, i'd be kinda weird for its specs...

yes, but i was asking whether the aim-120c uses IR as well as Radar after it locks on its own

Hello, I was wondering that, if a missile that locks on radar (For example aim-120c), and after its release, it is guided by itself (unlike aim-7m) would also have IR sensoring. It would make sense, therefore once the missile is close enough it would switch to ir, so that we would need both chaffs and flares.

will the a-10c also be on steam?
