  1. Was this on Rotorheads APAC? There has been some work to try to resolve this issue on the UH-60L discord, but I was under the impression 225 mHz was the lowest we could get the radios... see that you had an out of 200 mHz is interesting to say the least.
  2. Just dropped some updates to the UH-60L and MH-60R files on github to correct a display error related to the AN/ARC-164 UHF radios. Edit: Also proposed some updates to the A-10C_2 and added support for the original A-10C
  3. If someone wants to buy me the Apache I'd be willing to work on it... no guarantees of success though
  4. Want to say this also works for the Mi-8... thank you!
  5. I just stumbled on this... planning to integrate it with the Armed Blackhawk mod if that's ok... hopefully that will help to reach a broader audience. Thanks for looking into this.
  6. @prestonflying I had the chance to fly again... log story short I was having issues with cold starts and SRS. The UFC would not display data from a cold start aircraft, and SRS would not connect to the game. There appears to be interference between SRS and the UFC in the export.lua I changed the UFC command in export.lua to the following and all appears to be working, I'll add a note on github too. dofile(lfs.writedir()..[[Scripts\wwt\wwtExport.lua]])
  7. It looks like, since you have values assign to both the up and down positions of the controller switch, that the commands are getting over ridden on the way "up" IE moving the physical switch from 1 to 2 gives, results in the value_up of 1 being given, which is zero. Rotating down, based on your data, has the opposite effect where the correct value_down figure is dominant. Have you tried removing the value_up portion of your code?
  8. @prestonflying Thanks again for the string manipulation tip, works great and really opened up some options. I added recommendations to the github... first time using it so I'm sure I did it wrong. Cue flight of the Valkyries... recommended profiles for the Hip, Hind, "Hawks" and updates to the Huey ETA: There is some extra code in the lua files if users want to display different data or move things around. In case anyone asks, I did look into things like IAS and radar altimeter for the Mi-8 and Mi-24, but they appear to have non-linear outputs. I was able to get data to display, but it was often (very) wrong. The code is included if anyone else wants to try tweaking it. I may revisit it later, but I wanted to at least get an initial product to the DCS helicopter community. Additionally, the UH-60 weapon status will no display until the next version of the Armed Blackhawk mod is released. Hopefully soon now that I've wrapped up making UFC profiles for the time being.
  9. I'll give the value code a try, thanks! And thanks for considering the light states in a future version.
  10. Update for the UH-60: Incase the picture doesn't speak for itself. Radio type will show: IC for Intercom; F1 for FM Radio 1 (Pilot); UH for UHF Radio; VH for VHF Radio, F2 for FM Radio 2 (Co pilot); and HF for the HF Radio Radio Freq: Dynamically updates the frequency displayed to the selected radio Radar Alt = Radar Altimeter in Feet Heading = Heading in degrees Internal Fuel = Internal Fuel in pounds Aux Fuel = Aux fuel in pounds, dynamic for either internal or external tanks based on AFMS switch in cockpit Weapon Type Active = For Armed Blackhawk Mod what type of pylon weapons are armed (GUNS / RKTS / MSL / TORP) Flare / Chaff Counters = Flare or Chaff count @prestonflying 2 Questions: 1) The heading data comes out as a single parameter (unlike altitude which is four) and I have been trying to add zeros in front of small numbers without success so that a heading value of 5 would display as 005, or a value of 45 would be 045. IE three digits would always display on the UFC for heading. Any ideas on addressing that? 2) Do you think your script could also export commands to other WinWing devices, like illuminate buttons on the Combat Ready Panel etc.? I need to do a bit more testing, and add compatibility for the MH-60R mod, then I plan to upload to github for review.
  11. I was able to do some testing tonight. 1) This works with Helios, ie you can export to the UFC with the "universal UFC add on" and export to WinWing MFDs with Helios simultaneously. We should, in theory, be able to support any module with this equipment & software! 2) I did some testing with the UH-60, based on the UH-1 sample provided, and was able to get Altitude and Flare/Chaff counter working in the brief time I spent with it. What I would like to figure out next is how to get data from other module devices that are not listed maindevices and don't have arguments. It needs more work, but I'll plan to submit the UH-60 profile on GitHub. Absolutely awesome work, thanks again!
  12. I am very excited about this! Will try it soon and provide feedback. Do you think its possible to get this work without SIMAPP Pro? That would let you use the UFC and the screens (ie with Helios) for non-SIMAPP modules. Thanks in advance.
  13. Very interesting... I would love to explore this more if/when time allows. Any information you can share, in addition to what you have already, would certainly be apricated.

    MH-47G

I expect we'll see at least three gunner positions (left/right/ramp), but I hope we'll also get the left/right rear gunners as with some MH-47s (total of five gunner positions). Bonus points for M-134, M240, and M3 options as gunner armament.

  18. FYI I'm getting an invalid invite error to you discord server... unable to join for server password, etc.
  19. Would be great to see a UH-1N or even a UH1Y Venom. As a upgrade pack like Black Shark 2, etc. might be reasonable?
