Flappie I think you’re right but I don’t know enough to have an opinion about technical issues like that. To be honest if the install wasn’t plug n play it’d be above my skill level but I’m learning. I can’t thank you enough for the instructions.

Their site is working fine today guys and I was able to order a new stick. I’m hoping all of the shut downs didn’t hit them too because I’ve been waiting for the top gun panels to become available.

I’m going to try from a different device but I bought a take off and combat panel a few weeks ago and didn’t have any problems. Like you said they had fast turn around and shipping. I received them from China faster than a dash cluster I ordered from the west coast a few days before. Maybe they’ll get it fixed soon so I can get a new stick. Thanks guys for responding I was beginning to wonder if it was a me problem

I’m a noob and not good with computers. That’s a major part of the problem but I don’t know what the “action” re-center Trackir is called in dcs and the list of choices is long. I appreciate your encouragement

Do any of you guys have a suggestion on how to bind the trackir recenter button f11 to the extra little button on the TM f18 stick? I don’t know what “action” it’s called or listed under in dcs.

Anyone else having problems checking out at the winwing store? It asked me to update my shipping information and select a carrier. When I attempt to select the only carrier listed (FedEx) it doesn’t give me the shipping cost or allow me to check out without seeing the cost of the shipping. I was using my iPhone.

I was a f14 aviation electrician back in the mid 80’s and I love what you’ve done. There’s 30 miles of wire in a tomcat but it was a big ass bird. I bet you have a little bit of wire tied up too. Nice job

I don’t like how crowded everything feels with my center mounted mfd and a tablet for my ufc. The fix/alternative for me seems to be a floor mounted stick and keep the displays laid out like in the aircraft. Just my $0.02

I haven’t found anything that’s specifically for my sim so I’m gonna try to make one that’ll bolt up to the frame under the seat. I’m currently using a monster mount that I unclamp from where a steering wheel would go on a racing simulator to get in & out. However my mfd’s are going to take up the area I clamp my stick on and my stick is too high for me where it’s currently located. The simulators that come equipped for a floor mounted stick cost a bit more and don’t come with anything. Everything is extra

I had no idea what all I needed to know to fly multiplayer. I did a little research and I think I need to get my skills up a bit before entering the arena. I don’t wanna shoot down friendlies or anything else that’ll get me into trouble. It doesn’t seem like a bad idea to learn how to dress before walking out of your house. God knows nobody wants to see my backside.

Yeah that sounds great. I have a few additions coming for my simpit so occasionally I’ll have some down times but yes absolutely. Let me know if Wednesday @6pm et is okay with you and I’ll message you so we can firm up.

Sometimes my landing gear handle lights are operable and sometimes they aren’t. I’ve noticed a jerkiness in my screen at times too. I know my terminology is all wrong so please forgive me I’m basically an older functional computer illiterate. the fix seems good. Thanks for the help

I’m a noob but if you’re still wanting someone to fly with let me know. I have about 15 hours in the f18 and maybe 2 hours in the su-25 frog-foot. It was an awful plane to fly but what do I know with my 17 hours of total simulator time. I look forward to hearing from you

I’m a noob from the US and want to fly with others. I don’t have any friends that are into dcs and I wanna change that. If there’s a squadron that’ll have me I’m game. If there’s someone else in my situation maybe we can fly together.

I just got the take off and combat panels and have intermittent problems too. I really hope the fix works because I’m planning on buying the ufc and ddi’s when they’re available but this is a problem.

Does anyone know if the new winwing products on alibaba are from winwing? The alibaba site is more expensive. However they allegedly have stuff in stock. I wonder if their manufacturer ran the assembly line a few days longer or something and is capitalizing on it. It seems a bit fishy to me but stranger stuff happens all the time. Has anyone bought their stuff from alibaba and what problems if any did you have?
